The Dropbox desktop app is stuck in Connecting Components on Mac OS 27.0.1

Question

There was a software update of my machine to OS 27.0.1. The desktop app was running fine until I went to send a file and it I saw cloud icons next to each folder with the wording, "account not found". Its not even allowing a log in to the app, and no im not logged into the web client. I need to use this for work, now.  Im a product designer and all files are located within that dropbox. Also my I have access to other companies' dropbox folders that I now cant access from the desktop app. I havea project deadline of tomorrow. Please send a solution asap.

Hi @ShawniMonique - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Have you tried quitting and relaunching the Dropbox desktop app and rebooting your computer since you first noticed this?

If you did and this persists, please send us a screenshot of the app's exact status as shown in your menu bar and  another one of the error(s) you're getting when you try to log into your account on the website/desktop app and we'll take it from there.
