데스크톱에 있는 파일을 개인 usb에 복사 붙여넣기를 하면 엑세스 권한 이슈로 안된다고 합니다. 이유가 뭘까요????어떻게 해제해야하는지 방법 부탁드립니다.

Just to make sure I understand correctly, you're getting an error message saying that you cannot copy a file from your Desktop to your USB drive due to permissions issues, is that right?
Can you send me a screenshot of this error message, so I can take a look?
Also, do you currently have the Dropbox backup feature enabled?
Let me know and we'll go from there.
