The download button inside a folder is suddenly grayed out when using the mobile app

Question

I always used one folder, where I downloaded (even more than) one file via the download arrow.

But now when I mark up some files and even if I only mark up one, the download arrow is grey.

I made myself a walk around and created a new folder in a folder above, where I copy the photos to. But i would like to have the photo with the right name again and in the right place...

If i copy and rename the new folder it's the same problem again.

We have the same problem on three different phones so I guess it must be in the app...

Are you having the same issue when trying to download files using our website as well?

Are you using the Dropbox app on an iOS or Android device?

Can you try clearing the app's cache to see if it helps? You can find steps on how to do so here.
