On the 'Photos' tab, recently taken videos do not show up but photos show up

Today I took a picture and a video on my iPhone 15. On the "Photos" tab in the Dropbox app, the recently taken photo shows up, but the video does not, even when I have the dropdown set to "All". (And several other videos I took a few days ago don't show up either.) And since the app can't see them, it's not syncing them to the cloud.

This used to work correctly, where every photo and video I took would be synced to Camera Uploads. But then on June 25 my iPhone 15 got stolen so I replaced it with another iPhone 15, re-installed Dropbox, and now any videos that I take don't show up in the Photos tab. App version is 484.2.4 and I don't see anything under Settings that could be relevant here.

(The big black rectangle in the middle is just to cover some photos that showed other people's faces.)

The Photos tab actually works the otherway around - it shows what has already been uploaded, so, for some reason they arent uploading.

Have you checked in the Camera Uploads section that Video uploading is set to yes?

You can do that by going to "Personal" at the bottom, then the cog and clicking on Camera Uploads. Make sure that backup is all and it is set to include videos.

Thanks, I couldn't find this setting before, but I see it now. I changed it to include videos and that appears to have fixed it.

HI @Bennett H., thanks for the update on this matter.

As @Mark said, the mobile app has the option to enable video uploads, and it sounds like it was disabled, which is why you weren't seeing videos in the Photos tab.
