The desktop app is stuck syncing files for more than 10h on my Mac device.

Hello,

Today, my dropbox app started randomly as I was re-installing it, so it started with a full re-indexation of my dropbox.

My team has more than 3 millions files for 49 to of data, so it took a while.

Now, after the indexation was finished, the dropbox started syncing some file, but since then, it has been stuck for more than 10 hours with 918 mo / 431 files remaining and it didn't move since then.

I did a advanced re-installation, with a re-indexation. I put the app up to date, I put my mac book (M3 max) up to date, but nothing has been working.

I really need to get the app working because without that I'm stuck in my work.

Hello,

After another day and night of processing, the amount of files finally decreased ! So the problem is solve, I guess that, with that amount of files, Dropbox app was actually still indexing and I had to wait 2 days and night so the process would be complete.
