How to fix infinite resizing of the "right-click actions" window on Windows?

Opening the "right-click actions" opens a new window, which keeps resizing on its own - its right and bottom borders just keep slowly moving and moving, eventually moving past the screen size (there doesn't seem to be a limit). And the resize border is inactive, so you can't even resize it back.

The forum is, of course, just as poorly designed and doesn't allow attaching a proper video demo, only a screenshot: note the black vertical bar on the right - that's the window content not rendering fast enough to match the perma-resizing window bar.

I guess, Electron is a resource hog not only for disk size and memory and CPU, but also for screen real estate…
