The Dropbox desktop app is stuck syncing 34 files on my Windows.

Question

My dropbox account won't stop trying to sync. It is stuck on either just syncing, or specifically trying to sync to 34 files. I have unticked all folders from the menu temporarily so there shouldn't be anything left to sync to.

I have tried pausing and resuming, and quitting and logging in again but it isn't changing anything.

Can you copy and paste a screenshot of where you unselected those files from, so that they don’t sync to your Dropbox desktop app?

After that, I’d also like a visual of the current number of files you’ve saved in your local Dropbox folder. To find this, please right-click directly on your Dropbox folder and go to the Properties/Get info option.

Keep me updated, and we’ll go from there.
