Hi! I accidently downloaded to my desktop all the folders I didn't want to download, and the two that I did want to download, now I can't figure out how to download them to my desktop. Please help! I am using Windows.

Could you clarify what you mean by downloading all your folders?
Do you mean that you marked the folders as available offline on your machine? Did you enable the Dropbox Backup feature?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
I wanted to download the folders Kristen and Joel, none of the others (some not shown). I thought I figured out how to download the Kristen and Joel folders, but now there is a conflict? How can I remove the other folders without deleting them from my original Dropbox online? Thanks!
What you have is a selective sync conflict, meaning that you already have a folder with the same name in that location, but have previously selectively unsynced it from your machine.
Could you check if this possibility could be why you received the conflict on your machine?
