Since the 4/30/26 update, Dropbox hasn't loaded on startup. Manual start of the app shows the icon in the taskbar for a few seconds, then disappears, app shut off.

What OS are you running on your machine?
Have you tried reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application, without uninstalling it first, by using this link?

(I hit something that posted this too soon; can't see where to edit.) Have checked and turned off anti-virus just to be sure it wasn't being blocked. Do not want to uninstall unless no choice.
