Can someone please help me or send me to the right place to learn how to use Dropbox correctly? Whenever I try to import a file into another app, all of them appear grey and do not have arrows for me to click on to export them. It's so frustrating to me. If anyone can point me in the right direction to learn how to use this app, I would be so grateful. And I'm using the mobile app, by the way.
