When I use my Android to "Upload photos" all I see is a blank screen.

Question

For the last two days I've been unable to upload photos through the Upload Photos option. Although I have lots of photos on my phone I just see a blank screen. Before yesterday I always saw all the photos I'd taken grouped by day so I could just click a day and upload all photos I took then. I can still upload them through Upload files but just one at a time so it's time consuming. I have restarted Dropbox twice. I have made sure I have space in my dropbox and I have internet connection (as I said I can upload photos one at a time.) My phone is a Galaxy A12. Thanks for any help you can give.

I'd love the info that @Mark asked for. To add to it, can you try clearing the app's cache, restarting your phone, and then trying again?

To clear the Dropbox cache on mobile, open the app, tap the Account icon (or menu), navigate to Settings (gear icon), and select Clear cache. This removes temporary files, freeing up space without deleting local offline files or data in your account.
