Couldn't claim the ASUS promotion for Dropbox

Question

i bought the asus a14 2026 about a month ago and i was looking at the promotions a few days ago, i noticed the dropbox subscription and clicked on it and it took me to a website which said to claim the offer, when i clicked on it, it automatically started downloading a installer and after installing i did not get any dropbox offers claimed. when i did some research it said that the laptop must be pre loaded with dropbox. supposedly it should be pre loaded on my laptop but it wasnt and now i cant claim it.

i did follow them, when i click on the preloaded asus application it brings me to a promotion website, which makes me download a installer. after installing and logging in i didnt get the promotion
