Dear Dropbox Support:
I've had a (free/basic) dropbox account since since 2010. I opened up a hellofax account yesterday using my Dropbox account and paid for a Home Office subscription which is on auto renewal. Today, I'm unable to log into app.hellofax.com using either "Sign in with Dropbox" or entering my Dropbox username and password directly. I didn't grab a screenshot of the error. It did ask me to check my email address, which is an old school email address. Then i proceeded to:
- Change my email address to a gmail address
- Now when I log into to hellofax, it just treats me as a brand new user and I cannot find my paid plan with my existing fax number on helloFax.
Could you please help me locate my paid subscription helloFax account? I'm expecting a fax in there.
