How can a non-member upload files to my team folder (around 50 GB)?

Hello Team,

I have hired an outsourced team to design few files and videos for me and I want to keep all of the files secured under my access in my Business Dropbox account Folder to which my freelancers can get the access to upload any amount of content but they should have not the access to remove the files, they can onluy Rename and download the content from the specific folder.

It sounds like you want users to have limited access to the files on your Dropbox account. In order to prevent any removal of files, these users shouldn't become members of your team, since that will give them access to folders directly and allow them to delete files like a normal user.

You can use shared links, which allows users to download files from your Dropbox account so that they can edit them.

There are also file requests, which allows users to upload files to your account directly. They won't be able to view that folder either.

It is worth mentioning that there are daily bandwidth limits when using shared links and file requests, which can be found here, in the unlikely case that you reach the limit.
