I see a "syncing with Dropbox is paused" error on my Files app.

Question or Issue
When I go to files app, under Dropbox it shows Syncing with Dropbox paused. This is only happening on my iPad Air 2026, it works fine on my iPhone and iPad gen9.

Same issue is described in 2 other discussions :

The solutions discussed there do not solve my problem.

Hi Nancy thank you for the reply, but the link you posted is not working for me. However in the meantime I have once again re applied the link I had mentioned myself, initially without success. But overnight with the iPad left charging, I am happy to report it is OK now.

Thanks for your post, @BertF! Hope you’re doing well.

Since this is happening on the Files app, and not your Dropbox mobile app, the troubleshooting we can do is a bit limited.

However, can you also take a look at the solution provided here and let me know if it applies to your case?
