I got a notification to convert my account to a work account - will I be charged?

I got a request few weeks ago by Dropbox to convert this account to a work account by March 26, 2026.

However, the notification is disappeared during my recent logins and the screenshot I have is the Chinese version only.

Does anyone know will I be charged from March 26 or could I just ignore it?

Are you currently using a free Basic Dropbox account? What do you see in your plan page here?

In any case, I believe that this email is just a promotional email, offering you a free trial of one of our team plans for 30 days.

If you do not wish to join the trial, you can just ignore the email.

Let me know if you need anything else, though!

Just to add — if you ever get the offer again and decide to try it, make sure to cancel before the 30 days are up to avoid being charged if you don't want to continue!
