My DropBox icon is greyed out, and I can't access files. I work in a government department, there is a lot of security measures in place, which may be the causing the problem. However, our IT people have been unable to find a solution. I have found if I disconnect the WiFi and reconnect it sometimes it reconnects. Sometimes it requires a restart. This morning nothing has worked. It is making work very difficult. Any suggestions welcome.
