What is the storage we use on our Dropbox account? We're not able to upload files.

Dear Team,

This is to inform you that Dropbox files have been removed from the account [email removed as per Community Guidelines] however, the team is still not able to upload files.

We request you to please provide us with the actual storage size currently used in our Dropbox account, so that we can resolve the issues we are facing right now.

This matter is urgent, and we request your immediate support.

You mentioned that you're part of a team plan, and that you're facing some issues uploading content.

I was wondering if it's possible that your team ended up in a locked state. If so, please have a look at the relevant Help Center article that'll provide you with the next steps, and options that you have.

If that isn't the case, then I'm going to need some additional info on the problem or error you're facing when you're trying to upload files, and which platform you're using.
