Question or Issue
I recently had to set up a new user profile on my PC. I previously had my dropbox folder location set to
\Dropbox but when set up the new user profile and re-installed dropbox, it changed the location to within the user profile (c:\users\username\dropbox). I tried changing location (using Preferences > Sync > Dropbox folder location), and each time I try it looks as though it has worked, but then reverts back to the C drive location.
I tried deleting the old dropbox folder on the D drive, and changing location again, still the same process - it says it's been successful and resyncs the files, but then when I open the dropbox location it has reverted back to the C drive.
Any guidance gratefully received!
