Question or Issue
Having a difficult time accessing Dropbox Passwords in order to retrieve .csv file to migrate to 1Password. I am getting the window shown below and no further.

Hey @raprod - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies since you first noticed this?

Also, are you maybe able to try another browser or an incognito window perhaps?
