Since the beginning of September 2025, my Dropbox app on Windows 11 keeps freezing.
• App version: 231.4.5770
• OS: Windows 11 Home 24H2 build 26100.6584
• Issue: The app becomes unresponsive after some time. Restarting the computer temporarily solves the issue, but after half a day or a day the freezing returns.
• What I already tried: Only rebooting the computer. Yesterday I also reinstalled Dropbox through the Microsoft Store, but the issue persists. I didn’t restart Dropbox itself or clear its cache.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Any known fix or workaround?
