Dear Dropbox Support,
I am attempting to export my saved credentials from Dropbox Passwords before the October 28, 2025 shutdown deadline. However, I’ve encountered multiple blocking issues:
- I’m locked out due to the 3-device limit on the free plan, despite using only authorized devices.
- The Dropbox Passwords interface does not load properly, and I cannot access the vault or locate the export function.
- Attempts to reach support or trigger verification have resulted in 504 Gateway Timeout errors and persistent spinning behavior.
I have hundreds of passwords stored and cannot manually rebuild them. I need immediate access to the export function to preserve my data before the feature is discontinued.
Please advise how I can regain access to my vault and complete the export without upgrading or losing my credentials. A temporary unlock or direct export assistance would be appreciated.
