Question or Issue
All of my files are currently online-only. About 90% of the time, when I right-click my files in Windows Explorer, the spots where the DropBox options would normally be say "Loading..." No matter how long I wait, they do not load. This leaves me unable to make my files unavailable offline.
I have already attempted rebooting my computer, quitting and reopening DropBox, restarting explorer.exe, and running an advance reinstall of DropBox. I've tried each of these multiple times already in conjunction with the others. What should I try next to resolve this?
