Why doesn't the support team know this then. Ive been trying to get this handled all week and been in multiple chats. I've been instructed to do two advanced installs and nothing seems to work.
Im on a brand new iMac I got on Monday and did a fresh install of Dropbox.
I can't see online/offline status icons in Finder and I can't use any right click functions like "copy dropbox link"
I've been out of work all week over this because chats have just been having me run around constantly.
I just did a resin for the 3rd time this week and still no change after all my files show "up to date"
I really need this to get fixed.
