It has a disconnected symbol on the icon and says that it is syncing 28 files, but it never finishes. I am on a macbook pro.
Dropbox has full disk access.
My internet is connected.
My security setting and network restrictions have not been changed in the last week and it stopped working yesterday.
I am not getting a disk full error.
My files are listed as online-only. I don't know what that means and I am afraid to change it.
I reinstalled Dropbox a couple of times.
I found a suggestion to go to Admin console:Settings:Advanced data protection, but Advanced date protection is not listed in my Admin console:Settings. Even if it did, what is a backup key?
Out of options here. Help please.
