How can I disable Dropbox from autostarting for a specific user profile?

windows 10, latest desktop version installed 216.4.4420

i find no way to disable autostart for dropbox since this user does now have dropbox acct and doesn not need to. admin, however, does have account and uses it.

how do i stop annoying dropbox "connect your dropbox now" popups every time i log in as a simple user?
