Just as the program flashes automatically after installation and reinstalls, if you mouse over the icon, it is versioned up to 213.3.4480, which seems to be why the program continues to shut down. Is there a way to force it to go up to 213.3.4480??
And Windows 10 version was recently 21H, but there was no solution, so I updated 4 computers to 22H2, should I reject Windows auto update when this happens?
