I like to sync my desktop folder with other devices, not just in a backup

I would like to suggest the feature of having the computers "desktop" to have the ability to sync. Not just a backup but the ability to find the desktop in the mobile or online version. Then add the feature to allow a "office" computer to sync with the "laptop" computer so both can share the same files on the actual desktop of the computes.

Hi @JonathanBurns, thanks for messaging the Community.

Currently, it wouldn't be possible to sync the desktop itself as you're requesting, due to the many different configurations on multiple devices.

There would be the possibility issues with permissions, user profiles, data corruption and even data deletion.

We appreciate the feedback on this matter and we take all comments into consideration when improving the Dropbox site and services.
