I couldn't redeem the 100GB promotion on my new Acer laptop.

Hello Team,

I recently purchased a new Acer laptop and signed in using the drop box icon on the task bar but still i could not avail an storage space of 100 gb as it was displayed and rather got an basic account of 2 gb.

Please look into this and get be a solution.

The Laptop is Brand New,
The Task bar already had an Dropbox Shortcut, When I opened it it asked me to sign in or sign up,
I signed up and created a new account later it redirected me to installing dropbox apk and the shortcut disappered
