i try many way to fix this issues, also I try to remove a full stop after renaming the file, but didn't work.

Do you mean that you have some files, which are not syncing to a particular computer?
What's the sync status and version of the Dropbox app on that computer, when you hover over your Dropbox icon?
Do the files appear in your account on dropbox.com?
Let me know and we'll go from there.
