Activity monitor split in two on Windows, for the past week.

Something began a week ago:

When selecting the Dropbox from taskbar and clicking the right mouse button to select one of the options, it opens additional small window which interfere with the main window.

What is it and how i can rid of it?

If you hover your mouse over that same, little Dropbox icon would you be able to share the version of the app that you're using with me?

Have you tried uninstalling, and then re-installing the app at all, even since you noticed it?
