As title, Dropbox is very very slow starting up in macOS; the software loads but the icon is gray for at least 2-3 minute before being operative.
This causes the entire macOS Finder to freeze util Dropbox fully loads.

Did it and it's the same: it takes a long while for Dropbox to launch everything (connecting to Finder?)
What version of Mac OS are you running on your machine?
How many files do you have on your Dropbox account approximately?
I don’t know… many. It's all in folders and sub folders

If you remove some folders from your Dropbox folder using selective sync, does it help at all?
It doesn't help.
@Architetto D., can you also clarify the app version of your Dropbox app? You should be seeing this when hovering over the Dropbox icon in your menu bar.
