Time left in sync gone again on Mac OS 12.7.3

I just noticed this on the Mac desktop app. It's a change in behavior since late Jan.

Dropbox app v. 194.4.6267/ Mac OS 12.7.3.

Clicking on the App in the Menu bar only tells me that the file is syncing, hovering over the same Menu bar app also only shows that the file is uploading (same as the pervious post).

This is a critical function as I need to tell people when to expect a file will be available.

I don't believe so. I saw this with some small files and now have been testing with a large file that's been uploading for about 15 min or so. In the Sync History of the App drop down it shows the file as "Waiting to sync" with no indication of time anywhere. The small files then simply showed Added when the upload was finished. The files did indeed upload.

Also, can you let me know the location of your Dropbox folder as per the Sync tab in the app's preferences?

Folder location in the Sync Tab of Preferences is:

/Users/~/Library/CloudStorage/Dropbox

The file had been uploading for approx. 10 minutes at this point with no indication of the time remaining. As mentioned before the "Waiting to Sync" remained as is until the file was uploaded and it turned to "Added". The display while hovering never changed. As you can also note from the menu indication the file is uploading.
