Dropbox Badge doesn't show who's working on our shared documents

Hi Everyone,

I'm having an issue where my coworkers cannot see when I'm in a document and I cannot see when others are in it. There seems to be a problem with my badge notification but settings says it's 'on'.

Is anyone able to help me troubleshoot?

Did you try turning Dropbox Badge Off and On again, and the same issue still persists?

If yes, did you notice this after a specific update on your device?

I’d also like to know the syncing status and app version of your Dropbox app at the moment.

Finally, are you experiencing this on all documents you're working on or specific ones?

Hi,

Yes, I have tried that. I've had this issue the whole time I've been at my company, since my DropBox account was created. The version of my DB is v193.45594
