''Turn on accessibility'' box is popping up on my computer

Question

Damned ''Turn on accessibility  This box keeps popping up on my computer!  It won't go away no matter which box I click on in it!  I end up having to turn my computer off and back on to get rid of it -- until it decides to pop up again!  It's gotten to where I DON'T want to use Dropbox, I just want to get rid of it for good!  How can I wipe it from my drive and never have to bother with it again!?
