Accesso / Cannot access Dropbox; it says access is denied

Buongiorno, ho uno strano problema che non riesco a risolvere, dal pc dell'ufficio e dal cellulare accedo tranquillamente alla pagina web, mentre dal pc di casa mi dice accesso negato da dropbox.com, non capisco poi il perché in quanto la cartella è presente e sincronizzata, qualcun'altro ha avuto lo stesso problema? Se si come si risolve? Faccio presente che ho provato anche a disinstallare e reinstallare l'app (ovvio che non serviva) ma non è cambiato nulla.

Good morning, I have a strange problem that I can't solve. From my office PC and mobile phone I can easily access the web page, while from my home PC it says access denied by dropbox.com. I don't understand why as the folder is present and synchronized, has anyone else had the same problem? If so, how is it resolved? I would like to point out that I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app (obviously it wasn't needed) but nothing changed.

Come già detto, quando tento di accedere alla pagina web mi risponde: Accesso negato da Dropbox.com. non ricordo il numero dell'errore, purtroppo ora non posso fare uno screenshot in quanto sono al lavoro con un'altro pc.

As already mentioned, when I try to access the web page it replies: Access denied by Dropbox.com. I don't remember the error number, unfortunately I can't take a screenshot now as I'm at work with another PC.

Could you attach a screenshot showing what you're seeing in your browser? Do you get this same issue when using a different browser?

Esatto,questo avviene quando si tenta di accedere al sito dropbox.com, tutti gli altri siti funzionano regolarmente, ho provato anche cambiando browser ma il risultato è lo stesso, stessa risposta: accesso rifiutato da dropbox.com. Sinceramente non mi so spiegare la cosa. Al momento non posso fare uno screenshot, lo farò non appena mi è possibile.

Exactly, this happens when you try to access the dropbox.com site, all the other sites work normally, I also tried changing browsers but the result is the same, same response: access refused by dropbox.com. I honestly can't explain it. I can't take a screenshot at the moment, I will do it as soon as I can.

If the Dropbox site is specifically denied access, then you might have a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains.

Which country are you trying to access the site from?

Se al sito Dropbox viene specificatamente negato l'accesso, potresti avere impostazioni proxy, VPN, firewall, software di sicurezza o persino impostazioni ISP/router che potrebbero limitare il traffico verso i seguenti domini Dropbox.

Questo è lo screenshot fatto con Edge e Chrome, ho anche ricontrollato se ci sono problemi al router e allìantivirus (uso Trend Micro Maximum Security) ma è tutto ok, sinceramente non so spiegarmi cosa succede.

Buongiorno, da qualche giorno ho messo la fibra e cambiato il router, speravo si risolvesse questo problema ma niente, il solito pc mi da la stessa risposta mentre un portatile collegato allo stesso WiFi si connette senza problemi, sembra proprio che solo quel PC sia stato bloccato e non saprei proprio il perchè. Va a finire che chiuderò il tutto e giocoforza sarò costretto a passare a MEGA

In passato hai menzionato che utilizzavi "Trend Micro Maximum Security" come antivirus. Lo hai disabilitato temporaneamente per assicurarti che non interferisse con Dropbox?

Oltre a ciò, stai utilizzando altri proxy, VPN o firewall su questo dispositivo?

You mentioned in the past you were using "Trend Micro Maximum Security” as your antivirus. Did you temporarily disable it, to make sure it wasn’t interfering with Dropbox?

Besides that, are you using any other proxy, VPN, firewall on this device?

Ho disattivato Trend Micro e anche Windows Defender, non è cambiato nulla, inoltre non utilizzo nessun altro proxy e il firewall del router non può creare problemi in quanto, appunto, un'altro PC collegato allo stesso funziona perfettamente. Tornando a Trend Micro Maximum Security, controllando nel settore siti bloccati la pagina è vuota.

I deactivated Trend Micro and also Windows Defender, nothing has changed, furthermore I don't use any other proxy and the router's firewall cannot create problems because, in fact, another PC connected to the same one works perfectly. Vorrei chiederti un’ultima cosa; se invece usi il browser del tuo cellulare, mentre sei a casa, riesci ad accedere a www.dropbox.com da lì, oppure ti dà lo stesso errore, quello che vedi sul tuo computer?

Nancy, ho provato, col browser chrome del mio cellulare, accede tranquillamente e anche molto velocemente, non ci capisco più nulla.....

Oltretutto, dopo aver eliminato e riscaricato l'app, non posso nemmeno più vedere le mie cartelle in quanto mi chiede di loggarmi, per farlo devo accedere con le mie credenziali e va da da se che non potendo accedere alla pagina web mi è impossibile, prima, quantomeno avevo le cartelle, ora nemmeno più quelle porca miseria ☹️

Ho fatto l'accesso cellulare tramite il WiFi di casa ovviamente, come già detto, si connette molto velocemente, ho già provato anche ad accedere al sito con la stessa connessione del dispositivo, funziona tutto correttamente. Ripeto, l'accesso mi è negato esclusivamente da quel dispositivo, cioè il PC fisso. Screenshot 2023-10-02 204510.png

Preciso altresì che il PC fisso è collegato tramite cavo ethernet in quanto privo di scheda WiFi, provo a cambiare porta nel router? Sinceramente questo non l'ho mai provato.

Sì, penso che sarebbe una buona idea passare a una porta diversa sul router, o almeno scollegarlo momentaneamente, quindi riavviare il router e ricollegarlo @Boomerang.

In ogni caso, se non dovesse funzionare, fatemelo sapere!

Yeah, I think it'd be a good idea to change to a different port on the router, or at least to try to unplug it momentarily, then restart your router and reconnect it @Boomerang.

Il cambio porta l'ho già fatto ma senza risultati purtroppo, ora proverò anche questa procedura, speriamo in bene, ormai sto perdendo le speranze. Vi aggiornerò sicuramente.

Purtroppo non funziona nemmeno questo, Ho scollegato il cavo ethernet, ho riavviato il router (possiedo un frtzbox 7530) ho ricollegato il pc ma non è successo nulla, siamo alle solite.....😓 la videata è sempre la solita.

Unfortunately this doesn't work either, I disconnected the ethernet cable, I restarted the router (I have a frtzbox 7530) I reconnected the PC but nothing happened, we're back to business as usual.....😓 the screen is always the same.
