Hello, my customer cannot change name on a file on his computer locally, this is inside the synced Dropbox folder, but he can change the name of the file online in the cloud plattform for Dropbox, but not locally in his synced folder, however he can still move the file out from the synced folder to his desktop, and can change the name, move the file back to the synced Dropbox folder and that works, but still cant change name inside the Dropbox folder and to what I can see, this member has edit rights on these files and the folder which holds the files.
Anyone has a solution for this? So my customer can start changing name on said files? And the change isn't something like a certain symbol that is not allowed, it's just anychange, add an "b" anywhere in the name or delete a letter, whatever, nothing works.
