Hi I am having problems with Drop Box Family Room as we subcribed and added Family Room in September last year and have not had the full fuction of this service since. The problem being, at this point my daughter and I have set up Family Room sub folders and uploaded photos. Now I can see all my folders and photos on all my devices i.e. phone computer app and the web site. My daughter Chloe has done the same and can see all her files and folders but she can not see my files and photos and I can not see hers no matter what we try we can't seem to get it working so we can both see each others. It sounds like maybe some permisions have not been activated but I can not see anywhere where this might be happening. I have been in contact with the tech help they sugested I try another browser, so I have tried 3 now and same result, also they said clear the cache I did that also, no change. One other possibility was maybe my AVG security could be a problem so I called them they said very unlikely.
Can Anyone offer a soultion?
