When you reinstalled the app, did you perform an advanced reinstallation of the app, or a basic reinstall from the site?

Do you perhaps have any security programs, like an antivirus, VPN, firewall, proxy, etc. on your computer, that could potentially be blocking the Dropbox app?
If so, can you temporarily disable them, to see if that helps?

well now i got the problem
i already tried re-install but nothing happen. i use windows server, when i tried to install in windows 7 it works. is it currently dropbox has an issue with windows server?

I just wanted to mention that hosting the Dropbox desktop app on a server, such as a Windows Server OS, isn’t supported by Dropbox. You can, however, host the Dropbox desktop app on a computer that’s also running a server.
I know it's not much, but I hope this clears things up.

Hi @nicowijaya88, the Dropbox desktop application has never been supported on Windows Servers OSes.
This doesn't mean that it doesn't work on those OSes, however, if there are any issues with the app or files syncing, then it isn't something we could assist with.

but i already use dropbox application on windows server 2008 for a long time (maybe 7-8 years)
and i guess the error start on march, --> the folder and file didnt sync to web or other device
Eso fue lo que paso, tenia muchos años usando Dropbox y apenas hace unos días dejo de funcionar.

El Dropbox no he podido reinstalarlo porque me marca que no tengo internet, pero si puedo abrir una sesion desde el buscador.
Mande un mensaje por Facebook para saber si me dan una solución 😞
@JAZMINZITA you can use ccleaner or open control panel to uninstall the program
