Can you walk me through the exact steps you follow on your end, in order to save the files to Dropbox and connect the apps together?
Megan, i go into the Swann Security App and it is quite simple. I click on the connect drop box and it connects and is says it is connected to my drop box. When i check drop box nothing is saved after 2 days. Drop box is only 15 % used.

I'm afraid as its Swann's software that is having issues (i.e. your Dropbox is working / you have space / it is connected) you need to speak to Swann for assistance.
