Uploading security camera videos has stopped

No videos have been uploaded from my Netatmo Presence since 17th July 2021.

You'll need to reach out to Netatmo for support with their products. Dropbox cannot provide support for third-party applications or products.

My videos are now uploading to Dropbox. This was thanks to Netatmo sorting out their software problems.

Hello, what did you need to do in order to restart the upload to dropbox?
