Just to clarify, were you not able to reset the PIN with the steps under "Reset your PIN" in the article Jay linked above?
If not, is this due to not receiving the reset email?

Hey @Maemae76, have you tried doing this from another browser or an incognito window?
If you have, maybe clearing the cache will do the trick instead.
