Hello,I just bought an Acer laptop and I am eligible for a 25GB Dropbox storage space. However, I cannot login my account, it shows that I entered invalid user information. I tried to unsync other devices but to no avail.

Are you certain the email address and password you're entering are correct? Are you able to sign in on the Dropbox website using the same credentials?
Yes, I am certain with my entered information. I've been using the same account from another device and it works perfectly fine.

Could it be that your device may not be eligible for the promotion due to some country and retailer exclusions?

I filled out the information for my existing account but DID NOT get the extra storage!
