"Keep your memories safe" keeps popping up

Every time I connect my phone to my PC I get an annoying "Keep your memories safe" pop-up. I click on "Don't ask again" but it still asks every time. Is there a way to stop it?

Hey peeps,

As a first step, could you confirm for me if you’ve disabled camera uploads following these steps? If you’re on a Windows OS, could you also let me know if you’ve set the AutoPlay settings accordingly?

You can go to the AutoPlay settings on a Windows OS by:

Clicking on the Dropbox icon that’s next to your computer.
Selecting the gear icon that’s on your Notifications menu.
Navigating to Preferences…
Going to the Import tab.
Clicking on Change AutoPlay Settings.
