Apple Files app shows circular arrows with an exclamation point beside Dropbox. Re-enabling the location, restarting phone, and checking for Dropbox app update did not resolve it. Any suggestions how to I fix this?

I wasn't able to recreate this on my device, and this might be on the iOS side instead of the Dropbox side, but let's see what we can find.
What happens when you tap the "Dropbox" option to see your files? Do you see the same icon on any of the files?
Also, which iOS version are you on and which Dropbox app version? You can see the latter by tapping on "account" > gear icon > app version in the Dropbox app.
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.
