I advanced reinstalled the app because sync was stuck and nothing helped.
now the app is working but i dont see the UI, dropbox works as a dropdown menu like something is missing..

When you say that you don't see the app's UI, can you clarify what you mean? If you click "Open Dropbox folder," does that work? What about the desktop app's preferences?
If I were you, I'd also open your local Dropbox folder in Finder to check if you can see any syncing icons next to your files and folders.
To help troubleshoot, could you please share your Dropbox app version? You can check this by hovering your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your menu bar next to your Wi-Fi icon, as shown in your screenshot. Does the number of downloading files decrease over time?
