I run the Dropbox desktop app on a Dell Inspiron 15 3530 laptop under Windows 11 Pro. I recently installed a program and gave its link the same permissions (total access for myself and INTERACTIVE) I give my other apps. However, this app's link refuses to sync. I've clicked the Dropbox icon (with its current red flag) and allowed Windows and Dropbox to change the permissions so the link will sync. After about thirty seconds, I'm told the problem is fixed, but a second later the problem comes back. This app—FolderSizes 10—is the only app I'm having trouble with; I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, but I still get the same problem. The chatbot recommended moving the app to the Dropbox folder, but that doesn't make any sense to me. Can anyone help me with this?
