There appears to be a duplicate nested folder.

cd can enter the folder.

✅ dir /AL lists it.

Did you have a recent team migration, as you mentioned this in your post, and if so when was the team migrated to the new team space?

Do any other users on the Dropbox team have the same issue you're experiencing in their Dropbox accounts?

Any other info or screenshots (while hiding personal information) would be helpful!

I do not think I had a migration of any type, but ChatGPT thought that what it saw was evidence of some sort of install/reinstall process similar to a migration. We have had Dropbox since Nov 2025. I have had a personal Dropbox account since 2021. There are only four people using our work dropbox. None of them have reported any unusual behavior. I do not have this same weird behavior on my laptop:
Dropbox.com files look different than desktop
Some apps (File Manager, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Acrobat) see some existing folders/files, and cannot see others, so I'm assuming it has something to do with my desktop PC and the way it syncronizes.

Thanks for the update.

Could you try right-clicking on the reparse point as you described it (i.e., the 'duplicate' folder), and send us a screenshot of the properties?

As a first step, can you follow these steps in order to check where your Dropbox folder is located? Also, when you visit your account online, which folder structure do you see there?

Is the location and the Dropbox folder path the same as path 1 or 2?

Here's what I see on dropbox.com:

Not sure if its related, but in my iPhone, if I click Work or Home, I only see Work folders. I can no longer see my personal folders on my iPhone.

If you go to the Account tab of your desktop app preferences, can you see your two Dropbox accounts linked there?

Also, if you right-click again on the reparse point, like Jay previously suggested, are you seeing a new window with its properties? Can you send us a screenshot of that?
