I have tried several times to move my DB folder from the C drive to another location. I have followed the instructions carefully but each time some of the files get copied to the new location but only a fraction of them make it.
The folder remains in the C drive and it is the one that gets updated.
One clue that may help is that every time I attempt to move the folder, I get an error message telling me that a file from my Quickbooks folder is already on the new location. After that error displays, the transfer stops.
What should I do?
