[DocSend] Not receiving the email to verify my email address

i literally paid $250 to be able to send nothing. it seems that their OTP via email is not working therefore because i cannot receive a verify email address email (their fault), i am cut off from all services. Not only is the upgrade unclear about what you can and cant do but their infra barely works.

Can you please let us know more about the problem you're facing? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using another browser to see if you get different results?

Also, did you check your email's spam/junk folder as well?
